100 million Skype names

It seems as if I only record new record numbers for Skype whenever I post to BuzzBlog.
At about 10.30 am today (Bermuda time), Skype passed the 100,000,000 mark for registered user names. Of course, this does not mean that there are that many users as many people have registered multiple names or are no longer using the service.
However, it is a pretty big number.
We now have a list on our website at www.Skype.bm which shows the current number of people online, total registered names and total downloads. Updated every hour.
